Report a damaged bus stop or shelter by filling out Report Damages Form. Alternatively, report damaged shelter using QR code –

To repair a damaged shelter or bus stop, we need to know – the Intersection, Direction of the bus shelter/stop, Description of the damage. It would also help us if you could provide the bus shelter or bus stop ID number. These can be found on the bus stop signage/ shelter.
