Customer Alert System

In spring 2024, BC Transit is transitioning to a new online Customer Alert System. The new system will create a more technically stable platform for our organization, thus improving reliability for customers.

Like the previous Customer Alert System, the new platform will provide customers with the most up-to-date service impacts and allow them to sign up to receive route-specific email notifications.

The new system requires both new and existing customers to create a simple personal account using a valid email address and username if they wish to receive email notifications. A personal account will not be necessary to simply view existing alerts.
