Where to buy BC Transit products in Kamloops

A Cash Fare allows one person to use transit. Please have the correct fare ready before you enter the bus.

Cash Balance is a stored value loaded to a Umo app or card that is drawn from as trips are taken.  A Cash Balance can be purchased: A Cash Balance can be loaded from $5.00 and up. 

Each ticket allows one person to use transit. Using tickets has the advantage of not requiring you to carry exact change on the bus.

A DayPASS offers a discount for unlimited travel throughout the day.

A Student Semester Pass provides high-school students in Kamloops a long-term fare product at a discounted price.  A Student Semester Pass can be purchased in-person only at the: Passes can be loaded to a student’s Umo Mobility app or reloadable Umo card at the point of purchase. Here is the Free Transit for Children 12 and Under program by BC Transit

The ProPASS is a permanent photo ID bus pass purchased at work through payroll deductions for a minimum of four months.

handyDART is a transit service that helps those with disabilities reach their destinations.

U-PASS gives all Thomson Rivers University students unlimited access on all Kamloops Transit routes during a four month semester.

The BC Bus Pass Program offers a reduced cost, annual bus pass for low income seniors and individuals receiving disability assistance from the Province of British Columbia.
