Whether you’re planning a trip, finding your stop, or connecting to your next bus, you’ll have the support you need.
What Transit Ambassadors do
Transit Ambassadors provide support at transit exchanges, bus stops and on board buses. They can help you with:
- Wayfinding and trip planning
- Understanding fares and payment options
- General questions about riding with BC Transit
How to spot them
You can easily recognize a Transit Ambassador by their:
- Blue BC Transit shirt, or
- Coat with “Transit Ambassador” on the back
