Beginning September 8: the Route 72A Swartz Bay/YYJ/Downtown will provide limited service directly between downtown Victoria and the airport during the early morning and late evening hours when Routes 87 and 88 do not operate.
BC Transit offers service between the Victoria International Airport and the McTavish transit exchange seven days a week via routes 87 Tsawout / Sidney via Airport and 88 Airport / Sidney. Most trips provide a timed transfer to and from Route 72 Swartz Bay / Downtown at the exchange.
Customers travelling with luggage are asked to keep suitcases, bags, sports equipment and other belongings on their laps or on the floor where they do not block the aisle for other customers. On double-decker buses, customers with luggage must stay on the lower deck.
Regular Victoria Regional Transit fares apply on all BC Transit routes to and from the airport.
