The Victoria Regional Transit Commission and BC Transit offers a Youth U-PASS program to schools, local governments, and First Nations in Greater Victoria. Participation is mandatory for all youth within a partnering organization, with the youth receiving a U-PASS that is valid for unlimited travel in the Victoria Regional Transit System. The cost of a pass is $11.25 per month, the cost of a youth/senior monthly pass divided by four months.
