Here are some ways to get started: 

  • Website: Check maps, schedules, and routes. Use the Trip Planner to plan your trip and see Alerts for detours or delays. 
  • Rider’s Guide: Find schedules, maps, and transit information in this handy guide. Pick one up on board or through your local BC Transit office. 
  • Phone: Call your local BC Transit Information Line for help planning your trip. 

BC Transit also has two phone-in options for Next Bus information. You can call the Transit Info Line at 250-382-6161 and add your Stop ID at the prompt, or you can talk to a Customer Service Agent from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays or holidays.
