Work is underway on major improvements to the Mission Recreation Transit Exchange. The upgrades will make it easier for riders to connect to destinations throughout the region, improve overall efficiency, and prepare the exchange to support future transit growth. Downtown Comox transit exchange construction project resumes next week
Work will resume the week of February 23 at the future site of a new transit exchange in downtown Comox. Construction started in September 2025 and was paused in November due to possible archaeological material discovered and indications that further assessment was needed.
