Call your local handyDART office to book a trip.

Phone booking hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Service hours
You can ride handyDART during the following hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
- Wednesday: 7:45 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Have you registered?
Before you can book a handyDART trip, you must first be registered. If you’ve used the system in the past 18 months, you’re good to go!
Book online anytime
You can book online anytime for most handyDART trips.
Online booking allows you to:
- Book eligible trips
- View your upcoming trips
- Cancel eligible trips
- Manage your trip information
Some trips and account changes may still require you to contact your local handyDART office.
Book in advance
You can book trips up to 7 days in advance. Trips are subject to availability.
We recommend booking as early as possible to improve your chances of getting your preferred trip time.
Before you book
Have the following information ready:
- Pickup and destination addresses
- Preferred pickup or appointment time
- Information about your mobility aid, if applicable
- Details about your support person or companion, if applicable
How to cancel a trip
Cancel your trip as soon as possible if you no longer need it.
Early cancellations help make vehicles available for other riders.
You can cancel eligible trips online, in the app, or by calling the handyDART office.
