Umo Fare Product Refunds

Need a refund? Here’s how it works.

  • You can get a refund for any unused Fare Product purchased through Umo.
  • Refunds are not available for partially used or expired products.
  • For Cash Balances, refunds are available for amounts of $10 or more.

To request a refund, contact Umo Customer Service at 877-380-8181. Refunds go back to the payment card linked to your account.

If you bought through a Umo vendor, Umo Customer Service will collect your payment details and BC Transit will process your refund within 15 business days.
