The Medical Verification of Eligibility Form (PDF) is an optional form that can be completed and included with your application to assist in the determination of your eligibility to utilize handyDART service.
handyPASS
A handyPASS allows your attendant to ride free on fixed route buses. It also allows you to participate in the Taxi Saver program. In order to apply for a handyPASS, and to purchase Taxi Saver vouchers, you must be a registered handyDART user. If you would like to apply for a handyPASS, please contact the Comox Valley Regional District.
handyPASS is a picture identification card. To apply for a handyPASS, please contact the Comox Valley Regional District to book an appointment and complete the application form:
