Boundary Transit operates an On-Request Service within the City of Grand Forks providing door-to-door service for people with a disability and curb-to-curb service for others. When demand for service is heavy, you may be asked to reschedule or modify your plans to fit in with other trips. Boundary Transit is a shared-ride system.
Booking a trip
Call 1-855-993-3100 at any time and leave a message with your name, phone number, pick up and drop off locations, and the time you wish to travel. Return calls will be made between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
There are two types of trips:
- Regular trips, at least once a week, or
- One-time trips, such as shopping or social visits
It is important that you call and cancel your trip the day before or before 8 a.m. Someone else may be able to travel in your place.
Service hours
- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Tuesday: 10 a.m. to noon
- Friday: 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
