On-Request service is available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. When demand for service is heavy, you may be asked to reschedule or modify your plans to fit in with other trips. Boundary Transit is a shared-ride system.
Booking a Trip
Call 1-855-993-3100 at any time and leave a message with your name, phone number, pick up and drop off locations, and the time you wish to travel. Return calls will be made between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
There are two types of trips: 1. regular trips, at least once a week, or 2. one-time trips, such as shopping or social visits
It is important that you call and cancel your trip the day before or before 8 a.m. Someone else may be able to travel in your place.
