Delegation information
If you would like to present at a Commission meeting, please download and complete VRTC Meeting Delegation Form and email it to victoria_commission@bctransit.com. Completed Delegation Request Forms must be received no later than 10 business days prior to the meeting date. Delegation requests are approved at the discretion of the Commission Chair.
We may include your written submission in the Victoria Regional Transit Commission’s public agenda package and publish it on the BC Transit website. Want to stay anonymous? Just let us know, and we’ll keep your name off the record.
