If you’ve lost something while riding with us, we’re here to help you find it.
Victoria Regional Transit keeps lost and found items for up to 14 days. After that, unclaimed items are donated to a local charitable organization.

Lost and Found Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. BC Transit is closed weekends and Statutory holidays.

Additional Information:
- Please allow up to 72 hours for items to be located, turned in, and processed
- Bike pickups are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Do not arrive between 12:15 and 12:45, as the clerk will be away for lunch.
- BC Transit is not responsible for lost or stolen items
Helpful tips
- Call ahead to check if your item has been found.
- Be ready to describe your lost item and share when and where you lost it.
- For items lost on the bus, please have your route number and trip time if possible.
