Umo Refunds
You may be able to get a refund for certain Umo purchases.
Fare Products
You can request a refund for a Fare Product that has not been used.
Refunds are not available if the fare product has:
- Been partially used
- Expired
Cash Balance
You can request a refund for cash balances of $10 or more.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Umo Customer Service.
Call 877-380-8181.
Umo will review your request and confirm if it’s eligible.
How Refunds Are Processed
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are returned to the payment card linked to your Umo account.
- If you bought the fare from a Umo vendor, Umo will collect your payment details.
BC Transit will then process the refund within 15 business days.
