Your Transit – Your Say

Vernon – BC Transit will welcome public feedback at five transit consultation stations in Vernon on Friday, September 22 and Saturday, September 23.

Through these sessions, BC Transit seeks input on proposed route changes, including the creation of a new route to connect downtown to North Vernon, and changes to the following routes that are planned for March 2018:

  • 2 Pleasant Valley
  • 3 Alexis Park
  • 7 OK Landing
  • 8 Bella Vista

These changes are part of the North Okanagan Transit Future Plan and aim to improve transit efficiency by reducing duplication and streamlining routing.
Feedback gathered through these public consultations will help our planning and scheduling teams to create final routing and schedules.
