Your transit – your say

Mount Waddington — BC Transit and The Regional District of Mount Waddington (RDMW) are seeking input from the public on transit proposals for extended service on route 4 in the Mount Waddington Transit System.

The RDMW and BC Transit work hard to ensure that transit services are aligned with the demands of the community.

The proposed changes would allow transit users to travel from the Port Hardy Thunderbird
Mall to the Port Hardy Airport on route 4 Fort Rupert/Storey’s Beach. Trips will arrive at the airport at 7:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. These trips would extend the existing route by 10 minutes, but would not affect any other trip times.

Members of the public are invited to provide their feedback through an online survey available at https://form.simplesurvey.com/f/l/MountWaddingtonAirportSurvey until May 8, 2019. The feedback collected through the survey will help gauge ridership sentiments on these proposed changes in the Mount Waddington Transit System.
