Transit System: Cranbrook, Kimberley
Kimberley – BC Transit is seeking public input on service expansion hours for the Kimberley Transit System through a survey until March 20.
The City of Kimberley has approved funding for an additional 700 service hour transit expansion for the route 2 KC Commuter and would like feedback from the public.
Members of the public are invited to provide their feedback through an online survey available here.
The survey will seek feedback on preferred trip times for the route 2 KC Commuter, in order to better serve Kimberley residents working in Cranbrook. The proposed commuter service will add one round trip in the morning and one round trip in the late afternoon.
Input gathered through this process will help gauge ridership needs, which will be implemented in the fall service change.
