To book an On-Request Service trip, please call 1-855-933-3100.
On-Request Service offers curb-to-curb, pick-up and drop-off service within the Village of Nakusp and Village of Kaslo.
All customers are eligible to use this service.
Priority is given to the first to call and people with mobility challenges. Call before noon the previous working day to book.
Cancelling a trip
If you plans change, please call 1-855-933-3100 as soon as possible so we can schedule a trip for someone else.
Service hours effective June 29, 2026.
Nakusp service hours
- Monday: noon to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Wednesday: 2:25 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Kaslo service hours
- Friday: 10:10 a.m. to 10:40 a.m.
