Merritt – Join us in building a better transit future for Merritt! BC Transit is hosting public engagement including an on-board survey and open-house events.
In 2016, Merritt council approved expanded transit services for the community. Proposed changes for implementation in January 2018 include Sunday service, later evening service, a new By Request service, improved bus stops and additional trips on routes 1 North End and 4 Lower Nicola.
Upcoming engagement sessions on May 30 are your chance to provide input on these proposed changes. The schedule for the sessions is:

9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Downtown Merritt Transit Exchange

This new round of consultation builds on previous public feedback collected for the 2016 Merritt Transit Service Review.
