BC Transit and the Victoria Regional Transit Commission (VRTC) are announcing a seasonal service change in the Victoria Regional Transit System, effective December 9, 2024.
To coincide with post-secondary students being out of class for the holidays, service will be reduced on the following routes:
- 4 UVic/Downtown
- 7 UVic/Downtown
- 8 Interurban/Tillicum Centre/Oak Bay
- 12 University Heights/UVic
- 14 UVic/Vic General
- 15 Esquimalt/UVic
- 21 Interurban/Downtown
- 26 Dockyard/UVic
- 39 Westhills/UVic
- 51 Langford/UVic
These changes will remain in effect until January 6, 2025, when service on the above routes will increase and there will be other changes made.
