The most significant disruptions will take place between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., with most transit trips cancelled on routes 1 Valley Connector, 2 Whistler Creek/Cheakamus and 6 Tapley’s Connector.
On route 1, the following northbound trips (from Cheakamus Crossing to Whistler Village) will be available in the morning: 7:05, 7:20, 7:35, 7:55, 8:20, 8:55, 10:00, 11:00 and 11:25, as well as the noon and 1:00 p.m. trips. Please keep in mind that each bus can hold a maximum of 60 passengers and two bikes.
Regular trips south of Whistler Village will resume after 1:00 p.m. on routes 1 and 2, while route 6 will take an alternate route from the Village to Blueberry Hill, Tapley’s and Nesters Mall. Bus stops in the Village will be closed and passengers are encouraged to board at Gondola Transit Exchange.
The only unaffected routes will be 5 Upper Village/Benchlands free shuttle, 7 Staff Housing and 8 Lost Lake free shuttle, with route 5 offering additional service until noon.
Once regular service resumes after 5:30 p.m., please expect delays due to traffic congestion.

In addition to service disruptions in Whistler, commuter service between Whistler and Pemberton will also be affected, with the 7:40 and 8:20 morning trips from Whistler to Pemberton, and the 6:05 and 6:45 evening trips from Pemberton to Whistler cancelled. Within Pemberton, the 11:25 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 3:55 p.m. trips will be rerouted.
