KELOWNA – BC Transit, the City of Kelowna, the District of West
Kelowna, the District of Lake Country, the Central Okanagan Regional District
and the Westbank First Nation are getting into the holiday spirit.
Join in the fun when the Santa Sleigh Bus rolls through the region from Sunday,
December 9, 2012 to December 15, 2012. The Santa Sleigh Bus is celebrating its
10th anniversary. It will make 27 stops over seven days collecting food, toys
and cash donations for the Salvation Army. For more information on the Santa

The Parade of Lights will be held December 14 and 15, 2012. Buses will run
from 7 pm to 9 pm, from Costco. Transit operators can take care of the driving,
while our customers enjoy some of the Kelowna areas best decorated homes and
businesses. Tickets for the Parade of Lights are available at Q103, Power104
and Castanet.net with a donation of food, gifts or money to the Salvation Army.
There are some schedule changes over the holidays;
December 24, 2012 – regular weekday service
December 25, 2012 – Sunday service
December 26, 2012 – Saturday service
December 29, 2012 – Saturday service
December 30, 2012 – Sunday service
December 31, 2012 – regular weekday service
January 1, 2013 – Sunday service
