KELOWNA – BC Transit, City of Kelowna, District of West Kelowna, District of Lake Country, Westbank First Nation, District of Peachland and the Regional District of Central Okanagan are getting into the holiday spirit with the return of the Santa Sleigh Bus and the Parade of Lights.
Join in the fun when the Santa Sleigh Bus rolls through the region from December 7-13, 2014. The Santa Sleigh Bus is celebrating its 12TH anniversary. It will make more than 30 stops over seven days collecting food, toys and cash donations for the Salvation Army Christmas Hamper program. The Santa Sleigh Bus schedule can be found here:

The Parade of Lights will be held December 12 and 13, 2014. Buses will run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. from Costco. Transit operators can take care of the driving, while customers enjoy some of the best decorated homes and businesses in the Kelowna region. Tickets for the Parade of Lights are available at Q103, Power 104 and Castanet.net with a donation of food, gifts or money to the Salvation Army.
BC Transit customers should take note of some schedule changes over the holidays;
December 24 – regular weekday service
December 25 – Sunday service
December 26 – Saturday service
December 31 – regular weekday service
January 1 – Sunday service
