KELOWNA – BC Transit and its regional partners* are getting into the holiday spirit with the return of the Santa Sleigh Bus and the Parade of Lights.
Join in the fun when the Santa Sleigh Bus rolls through the region from December 6-12, 2015. It will make more than 30 stops over seven days collecting food, toys and cash donations for the Salvation Army Christmas Hamper program.
The Parade of Lights will be held December 11 and 12, 2015. Buses will run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. leaving from Costco. Enjoy some of the best decorated homes and businesses in the Kelowna region. Tickets for the Parade of Lights are available at Q103, Power 104 and Castanet.net with a donation of food, clothing or cash to the Salvation Army.
BC Transit customers in Kelowna should also be aware of the following holiday schedule:
December 24 – regular service
December 25 – Sunday service
December 26 – Saturday service
December 27 – Sunday service
December 31 – regular service
January 1 – Sunday service
January 2 – Saturday service
