BC Transit and the City of Kamloops are informing riders of a seasonal service change effective May 1, 2022 in the Kamloops Transit System.
BC Transit and the City of Kamloops work hard to match service with demand and provide reliable transportation services. This service change will reduce weekday service to Thompson Rivers University, to reflect reduced demand. There are no changes to weekend service.
Service will be reduced on route 10 North Shore TRU Express, with select trips removed on the routes 4 Pacific Way, 7 Aberdeen and 9 Gleneagles. Service on other routes is not impacted. Customers are encouraged to use NextRide and the Transit app for real-time bus tracking and additional trip planning resources.
