Spring service change for transit in Prince George

BC Transit and the City of Prince George are announcing seasonal adjustments to two bus routes that cater to post-secondary students, effective April 23, 2023.

These changes reflect the end of the post-secondary school’s semester and include the suspension of some trips on the 15 UNBC/Downtown and the 55 Victoria. These trips are denoted by the “U” and “F” trip notes in the riders’ guide.

In July, all runs of the 12 Parkridge, 96 Shas Ti Kelly Road and 97 Shas Ti Kelly Road school special routes will be temporarily suspended as well, until regular classes resume in September.

These temporary adjustments are being made to reflect the current seasonal demand for transit in Prince George and to ensure that resources are being used efficiently.
