Transit System: South Okanagan-Similkameen
Penticton – The City of Penticton and BC Transit are making it easier for people to get to and from the 2017 Peach Festival by offering additional service on route 5 Main Street for the duration of the festival, including Saturday-level service on Sunday, August 13.
Between Wednesday, August 9 and Sunday, August 13, route 5 will run late into the evening, with the last bus leaving the festival site at 11:41 p.m. on all five days. Buses will use Veterans Way from Front Street, then turn left on to Lakeshore. There will be a temporary bus stop at Okanagan Lake Park (on Veterans, just before Lakeshore).
Regular fares will apply.
