NANAIMO – BC Transit and the Regional District of Nanaimo are announcing a seasonal service change in the Regional District of Nanaimo Transit System effective September 6, 2020.
BC Transit and the Regional District of Nanaimo work hard to match service with demand throughout the year. This seasonal service change will reinstate service levels on a number of routes to coincide with the start of the school year.
The service change will include increased service frequency on routes:
- 1 Downtown/ Country Club
- 5 Fairview
- 11 Lantzville
- 15 VIU Connector
- 20 Hammond Bay
- 30 NRGH
- 40 VIU Express
- 92 Hammond Bay
