Service changes coming to Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE – BC Transit and the City of Prince George are announcing a service change in the Prince George Transit System effective September 8, 2020.

BC Transit works hard to match service with demand. Modified fall service levels will be reinstated in the Prince George Transit System to meet service demands.

This service change will reintroduce service on routes 12 Parkridge, 96 Kelly, and 97 Kelly for K-12 students. Due to post-secondary schools moving classes to an online format, this fall service change will not include the reinstatement of the 17 UNBC and 18 Spruceland.

Additional trips on the 15 UNBC/Downtown and the 3:47 p.m. trip leaving Spruceland on route 55 Victoria will also not be reinstated this year.
