KELOWNA – BC Transit and the City of Kelowna are making two trial
routes permanent seasonal service. The weekend late night #97 Express and
#13 Quail Ridge were introduced in September 2012 and proved popular
especially with students and staff at the University of British Columbia Okanagan
(UBCO) campus.
In order to best maximize taxpayer contributions to transit service, #6
Glenmore-UBCO Express, the late night #97 Express and #13 Quail
Ridge routes will be seasonally suspended from April 29 to September 2.
The three routes will resume full service when school begins on September 3.
