BC Transit, the City of Powell River and the qathet Regional District are advising customers of an upcoming seasonal change for the transit system, effective May 16, 2026.
To reflect demand, service on Route 14 Lund will increase to six days a week.
These changes to service will run from May 16 through the Labour Day weekend and are reflected in the Powell River Rider’s Guide.
BC Transit’s OnDemand transit is now available to customers in Powell River. Riders can book trips when they need it using the BC Transit – OnDemand app or by phone. For more information about this convenient service visit OnDemand – Powell River Transit
