BC Transit and the Regional District of Nanaimo are informing transit customers of a seasonal service change, effective June 29, 2025.
To coincide with the end of the school year and to better match service with ridership, select trips identified with an ‘s’ in the Rider’s Guide will be removed from the following routes across the transit system:
All service on route 92 Hammond Bay will be discontinued for the summer. Full service will return in the fall when school is back in session.
We encourage our customers to use Umo, Google Transit or any other app of their choice for real-time bus tracking and planning your next transit journey.
