Transit System: Port Alberni
Port Alberni – To celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday this July 1, the City of Port Alberni and BC Transit will be offering free bus service on route 4 Crosstown, which will operate the usual Sunday and holiday schedule.
The free service will make it easier to get to and from the festivities—from the 40th Annual Canada Day parade, to the traditional Tri-Conic Challenge and all the activities and performances at Alberni Harbour Quay.
Please note that handyDART will not run on Monday, July 3.
