Transit System: Campbell River
CAMPBELL RIVER – The City of Campbell River and BC Transit are
making it easy for you to attend the Oceans Day Festival on June 8, 2013 with
FREE shuttle service.
Many community partners in Campbell River are coming together to host a free
and fun family event in celebration of Oceans Day. Most of the activities will
take place in and around the Maritime Heritage Centre from 10 am to 3 pm. Parking,
at the Maritime Heritage Centre is limited, so participants are encouraged to
take a BC Transit Shuttle.
The FREE Oceans Day Shuttle will leave the Maritime Heritage Centre every half
hour from 10 am to 3 pm. The shuttle will leave the Campbell River Community
Centre every half hour from 9:45 am to 2:45 pm. Park your vehicle and ride transit
thanks to convenient bus stops along the shuttle route at Tyee Plaza and Save-on-Foods
(16th Avenue).
