BC Transit is excited to announce the arrival of a convenient new way for handyDART riders who travel in the Victoria Regional Transit System to purchase and obtain fare products. An online handyDART Fare Product Store is now live at fares.victoria.handydart.com for registered handyDART riders to purchase fare products.
Fare products available on fares.victoria.handydart.com include sheets of 10 Single Ride Tickets, Adult Monthly Passes, Student/Senior Monthly Passes, and a new pre-purchase DayPASS. Like its onboard counterpart, a pre-purchased DayPASS provides a rider unlimited daily travel privileges but can now be ordered ahead of time. Aboard the bus, riders will continue to be able to pay their fare with cash and purchase sheets of 10 Single Ride Tickets or a DayPASS. Riders can also purchase sheets of 10 Single Ride Tickets and Monthly Passes from a retail vendor.
Registered handyDART riders interested in purchasing fare products from fares.victoria.handydart.com are required to create a BC Transit verified handyDART Fare Product Store account. Purchases can then be made when logged into a rider account. Completed purchases will be shipped within three business days and delivered by Canada Post, subject to standard delivery timelines. Riders are not charged postage fees.
