New Fares Coming to Clearwater

Clearwater – As of April 1, 2017, fares in the District of Clearwater will be simplified. For all riders, cash fares will be $2.00 and a sheet of 10 tickets will cost $18.00. This change eliminates the multiple fare zones which are currently in place. The new fares seek to promote ridership and maximize fare revenue to support future development in the system.

Fares for the Valley Connector service to Kamloops will remain the same.

Founded in 1998, the Clearwater Regional Transit System currently provides 7,000 passenger trips per year. More information about the transit in Clearwater and the surrounding area can be found at bctransit.com/clearwater.
