handyPASS
A handyPASS allows your attendant to ride free on fixed route buses. It also allows you to participate in the taxi saver program.
handyPASS is a picture identification card. When applying for your handyPASS, please be sure to include two (2) drivers’ license-sized photos with your handyDART application. These are available at most photo lab locations or applicants can email a high quality .jpeg file to hdart@rdn.bc.ca. Be sure to include your name and address in your email.
