Transit System: Williams Lake
WILLIAMS LAKE – Customers in Williams Lake will soon see expanded service hours make their way to the transit system to meet their transit needs.
BC Transit and the City of Williams Lake are announcing a service expansion in the Williams Lake Transit System effective on Tuesday, September 3, 2019. BC Transit works hard to match service with demand and the service expansion will allow for additional support to be provided on select routes to meet ridership needs.
The September 3 service expansion will include additional weekday evening trips for:
- Route 1 Community Bus
- Route 2 Broadway from Boitanio Mall to the Tourist Discovery Centre and back
- Route 3 South Lakeside to Wal-Mart and back
- Route 4 evening 4 p.m. trip will be moving to 4:15 p.m.
