Transit System: Comox Valley
Comox Valley – Take transit and enjoy the Victoria Day Celebrations parade with no driving or parking worries.
The Comox Valley Regional District and BC Transit are offering free rides on a Special 2 Cumberland route on Monday, May 22, 2017. Buses will travel between downtown Courtenay and downtown Cumberland, stopping at Driftwood Mall and Anfield Centre (Walmart) along the way. The Special 2 Cumberland will run hourly from 7:10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Special 2 Cumberland schedule is available on BCTransit.com/Comox-Valley. Transit customers are encouraged to take advantage of the Park & Ride at the Driftwood Mall.
While at the event, be sure to drop by the bus on display after the parade to learn more about this year’s In2Transit events, including Commuter Challenge week coming up on June 4-10.
