BC Transit is announcing a seasonal service change for the Victoria Regional Transit System, effective September 5, 2023.
Students are headed back to class and to help get them there, more trips are being added to routes that serve post-secondary schools and routes that serve K – 12 students. Also, Route 17 Cedar Hill will be reintroduced for the school season.

Other changes include a schedule adjustment to routes 70 and 75. These changes will impact route 70 on a daily basis, while the changes for route 75 will only impact service on Saturday.
Route 25 Maplewood/Tillicum Centre will now operate along Gorge Rd. West, between Admirals Road and Tillicum Road.
For customers in Sooke, a new Park and Ride on Highway 14 at Gillespie Road is now complete and is open to the public. Transit users can park and catch route 61 into Langford to connect with Route 95 Blink RapidBus, or directly into Victoria during peak hours.
There will be extended late-night service introduced on the following routes (Fridays and Saturdays only):
