Increased Service on the Route 90 UBCO/Vernon Coming in May

BC Transit and the Regional District of North Okanagan are updating customers on a service change to the route 90 UBCO/Vernon, part of the Vernon Regional Transit System that will go into effect on Monday, May 2, 2022.

This service change will enable route 90 UBCO/Vernon to keep schedules the same over the spring, summer and fall months. BC Transit works hard to ensure that service matches ridership needs. These changes will help provide better service and greater accessibility on the route 90 UBCO/Vernon for transit users across the region.

Some minor changes are also being made to route 60 Enderby/Vernon in Armstrong that will go into effect this same day. Within Armstrong, buses will shift from Wright Street on to Okanagan Street. This routing change was supported through the public engagement process conducted as part of the recently completed North Okanagan Transit Future Action Plan.

A detailed preview schedule for the route 90 Vernon/UBCO and the route 60 Enderby/Vernon are available now to allow for trip planning.
