WHISTLER – The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) and BC Transit are getting into the spirit of the season with increased service hours over the holidays and FREE evening rides on New Year’s Eve.
From December 19, 2014 to January 4, 2015, scheduled service on all days will increase to weekend levels to better match the demand over the peak holiday period.
The RMOW and BC Transit encourage everyone to make the safe and smart choice to ride transit on New Year’s Eve. Take advantage of free rides, within Whistler only, on December 31 from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m.
BC Transit customers should be aware of holiday schedule changes:
December 19 – January 4 – regular weekend schedule
December 31 – FREE New Year’s Eve service 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. (with extra buses leaving the Village from midnight to 4 a.m.)
