Transit System: Sunshine Coast
Sunshine Coast – On Sunday, April 22, the Sunshine Coast Regional District and BC Transit will offer special shuttle service to the 29th annual Roberts Creek Earth Day Festival, making it easy and convenient for everyone to get to the event.
The Roberts Creek Earth Day Festival will begin at noon and end at 5 p.m., featuring music, food and a variety of sustainable vendors. The shuttle will run on an hourly schedule for five hours, with the first trip leaving Sunnycrest Mall at 12:30 p.m., and departing Roberts Creek on the hour.
Regular Sunday transit service will be in effect on all other Sunshine Coast routes, including route 1 Sechelt-Gibsons/Langdale Ferry, and highway route 90 Sechelt-Gibsons/Langdale Ferry Express.
Regular fares will apply on all routes, including the special Earth Day shuttle.
