Kitimat – The District of Kitimat and BC Transit are making it easier for voters to get to the polls on election day by offering free fare on routes 1 Whitesail, 2 Nechako and 3 Kildala on Saturday, October 20.
Free election day service will also be valid on handyDART.
In addition, the Regional District of Kitimat Stikine will also provide free transit on all routes in the Skeena Regional Transit System (11 Terrace-Kitimat Connector, 12 Kitamaat Village, 13 Kitsumkalum and 14 Gitaus/Queensway).
