Help Your Neighbours as we Celebrate Canada!

PRINCE GEORGE – Prince George is getting ready to celebrate Canada Day, and BC Transit and the City of Prince George are right in the spirit with special transit service and an opportunity to help the less fortunate in our community.

On Friday, July 1, you’ll be able to leave the car behind and take the bus to the celebrations at Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park.

Prince George Transit will operate three lines – Caledonia, Hart and Wal-mart – from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for just one dollar OR a non-perishable food item that will be donated to the Salvation Army. Of course, you can use tickets or passes, if you prefer.

Park-and-ride locations will be at Westgate Exchange, Hart Centre, Spruceland Mall and Pine Centre Mall (please see attached map).

Enjoy the festivities and get there and back safely, with Prince George Transit.
