Help Stuff the Bus in Cranbrook

BC Transit and its partners are hoping to stuff a bus this holiday season.

On November 4, 2023, a BC Transit bus will be parked in the Safeway parking lot at the Cranbrook Mall between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Volunteers will be on hand to collect non-perishable food items for the Cranbrook Food Bank.

The Cranbrook Food Bank appreciates all donations and is focusing on items like:

• School snacks: fruit cups, packaged cheese and crackers, trail mix and juice boxes

• Pantry essentials: sugar, flour, rice, oatmeal, and instant coffee

This year’s Stuff the Bus event will also include a hamburger sale, with all the proceeds from this BBQ going towards the Cranbrook Food Bank.
