KELOWNA – Transit needs in the Kelowna region are changing, and BC Transit and the Kelowna Regional Transit System want to hear from customers.
On April 5 and 6, Transit staff will be conducting in-person surveys, asking people what they think of the transit service and how it can better suit their needs. Staff will be on-site at the following bus exchanges:
University of BC – Okanagan
Orchard Park
Queensway
Boucherie Mountain
Westbank Centre
The survey will also be online from April 4 through 8. Comments and suggestions will be taken into consideration as the transit future plan is refreshed.
