Transit System: South Okanagan-Similkameen
Summerland – BC Transit and the District of Summerland are asking the public for feedback on additional service for the South Okanagan – Similkameen Transit System.
In early 2022, Route 30 Penticton/Summerland will have 10 additional trips added per week, for a total of 900 hours. BC Transit and the District of Summerland want to hear from you. Your feedback is important to help determine when it’s best to introduce these additional trips for transit users.
Survey postcards have been sent to Summerland residents. Please complete and return them by August 27. Alternatively the survey is also available online. Please visit
engage.bctransit.com/summerland2021 to complete online engagement, which runs until August 27. Following the engagement, BC Transit will report back to the community on what was heard and how the additional service will be implemented.
