Transit System: Dawson Creek
Dawson Creek – Starting Saturday, November 24, the City of Dawson Creek and BC Transit will offer a week of free service to promote Idle-Less Week. The promotion encourages residents and visitors to use transit to shop locally with the aim of reducing car traffic and idling.
The free service is available on all routes in Dawson Creek. Over 3,500 people used transit during the event last year, an average of 54 percent increase in ridership.
